Brian Shaughnessy Shares Expertise at Industry Conference

EastRiver Communications, Inc., an industry leader in
telecommunications, has announced that the company's president,
Brian Shaughnessy, spoke at an industry conference hosted by
Technology Assurance Group (TAG).
TAG is a national organization of independently owned
telecommunication companies representing over $300 million in
products and sercies in both the United States and Canada.
Shaughnessy shared his valuable knowledge, expertise, and
insight on a wide range of business issues impacting telecom
providers and the companies they serve. The two-day regional
conference was held in Chicago in June.
Shaughnessy discussed such topics as how to hire the right individuals
and create a culture that supports their success, management
transition and succession planning, defining the business planning
process and hot to integrate it with customer goals, and identifying
the industry's top three business issues and how to overcome them.

Midwest Regional Conference because his many years of experience in the
telecommunications field and his success of building one of the
