With SANDi Lite you can use your voice to control your voice mail as well. After listening to a message, simply tell SANDi what to do. You can say, "Save," "Delete," "Copy," "Forward," "Repeat and "Call Back." SANDi Lite connects to your business phone system and is easy to use and install. It is made up of the following modules to provide one-call or one-click productivity:
Receptionist Module
Provides auto-attendant capabilities to answer, screen and transfer calls, and locate
people away from their desks via Locate, Virtual Extension or Pager Notification
features.
Voice Mail Module
Takes messages and helps return calls when you say, "Call Back." Allows message
delegation by employee name using "Copy" or "Forward" commands.
One-Call Productivity
With one call, you can reroute calls from the corporate office and redirect voice
mail to any location. You can seamlessly be connected and work from a virtual or
mobile office environment to increase your productivity. Whether from a home, a
branch office, a car or a hotel, you can receive live, incoming calls routed from
the corporate office instantly. With SANDi you can receive voice mail messages from
any phone and reply immediately.
One-Click Productivity
Using a standard Web browser you can log in to SANDi and redirect calls and voice
mail with a single click of the mouse. Voice activate your most common contacts
by creating and managing personal address book.
SANDi Lite Works with Most Major PBX and KTS Brands
SANDi Lite runs on Windows NT for maximum efficiency. The software is installed
in a dedicated computer that uses a Dialogic card to connect to the Private Branch
Exchange (PBX) or Key Telephone System (KTS). SANDi Lite supports configurations
ranging from 4 ports and 50 users to 8 ports and 100 users.
Easy Setup, Administration And Use
SANDi Lite is simple to set up and administrate. Using a Graphical User Interface
(GUI), system administrators merely point and click their way through the entire
process. Users can administrate SANDi themselves, by adding or deleting information.
Just call SANDi, press the Star Key (*), and enter your extension and password.
SANDi then asks, "What would you like to do"? Simply use your voice to tell her.
