The need for integration, provisioning, billing and branding demands the highest quality product and xSP support. Sound Advantage can provide the necessary integration support for any Central Office/xSP environment through our dedicated technical integration team that is trained and experienced in network operations. Sound Advantage and Lucent Technologies can provide technical integration support of the hardware (LSS) and the software application as well as provisioning of the system, and provide the necessary maintenance programs. Our billing solution will also provide the Call Detail Records (CDR) you require for billing records and fraud detection.
